EV1, a Web host, to take Planet name Monday
The EV1 brand name, which was once pounded into the memories of local consumers with ads for Everyones Internet, is going away Monday. The Houston-based company, once known for providing dial-up Internet service, sold that business to EarthLink last fall. In recent years it has recreated itself as a Web hosting company called EV1Servers.
